Quotes provided by phone, text, or email are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change based on final event details, guest count, and rental selections. A booking is confirmed only once both parties agree on the final order.

Delivery & Setup

We aim to deliver, set up, and pick up all rental equipment within the scheduled windows agreed upon at booking. Delivery times may be affected by weather, road conditions, or venue access restrictions outside our control.

Rental Equipment

Customers are responsible for rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup, excluding damage caused by normal wear, weather, or our own crew. Replacement or repair costs for lost or damaged equipment may apply.
